Delivery and Shipping

All our shipments are tracked and you will receive an email with tracking details soon after we have despatched your order.

We use New Zealand Post. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes, we require a valid street address.

We courier all over New Zealand. Courier costs for online orders are available for selection when you order, based on your address location within New Zealand. Our products will be carefully packed for delivery.

We aim to despatch orders on a Tuesday & Thursday (business days).

WE do aim for overnight delivery once despatched, however, if there are any delays with NZ Post unfortunately, this is out of our control.

Once an order has been couriered it cannot be cancelled.
