I am 57 years old and for all the ladies that are getting hot…..If you know what I mean….You need this….I put a tablespoon of the face sea moss and then water….I take out for a 5 minutes roughly…put it in the shower….before getting out I use it on my face and neck then rub it in …wash off and I feel amazingly fresh…. The sea moss makes all the difference…..
